APJ Construction Services, LLC is a woman-owned, family-operated contractor delivering infrastructure, site work, and land services for municipal, utility, commercial, and government clients throughout Central and North Florida.

Founded in 2012, APJ has grown from a residential contractor into a trusted field partner supporting land clearing, site preparation, concrete construction, lift station infrastructure, and disaster response projects.

Through its land division, APJ Land Management, the company provides large-scale land clearing, forestry mulching, vegetation management, and tree services for developers, contractors, and property.

With self-performing crews, a modern fleet of owned equipment, and disciplined field operations, APJ delivers the workforce, equipment, and operational readiness required to execute demanding projects safely, efficiently and ahead of schedule and under budget.

APJ Construction Services, LLC was founded in 2012 on hard work, practical experience, and a shared commitment to building something meaningful together.

Both born and raised in Tampa, Andrea and Mike first met in middle school before reconnecting years later and building a life and business side by side. Mike brought hands-on field experience from his construction career, while Andrea contributed operational expertise from her background in real estate, sinkhole repair, and equipment manufacturing.

What began with residential projects grew steadily through long days, late nights, and a willingness to take on bigger challenges. Over time, APJ expanded into larger, more complex work—earning opportunities to support infrastructure, site development, and emergency response projects across Florida.

Built from the ground up, without outside investors, APJ grew step by step through hands-on leadership, discipline, and a commitment to doing the work the right way.

Today, APJ remains a hands-on, family-operated company. Andrea and Mike continue to lead with the same work ethic and commitment that built the business—focused on doing the job right, standing behind their work, and building lasting relationships.
